Building a truly “world class” sales force is largely dependent on the calibre of the individuals in the team. The CSE knows that this is no easy task, and often Sales Manager’s, or HR, are given this significant responsibility but with little to benchmark “the exceptional”. Recruit the wrong talent and the consequences could be lasting.
